Fair Assessments and an Open Office Will Result in Reduced Tax Rates for All

The Assessors office has been using faulty data and bad techniques to value property for years.  This needs to change.  We all have heard the expression “Garbage in equals Garbage out.”  That is the state of the Assessors Office at this time.  True data and Standard valuation techniques are desperately needed to straighten out this office.  I am the only candidate who has the knowledge and can actually achieve this.

I have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively run the Cook County Assessors Office.  I am not a long time Cook County politician looking to increase my political power but a long time Assessor who sees a change needed and I’m willing to make those changes for the good of the people of Cook County.
